I deleted and reinstalled RS after having problem accessing it. Everything stays the same except all my gems are gone. Is this the way it should be?

No, that shouldn't happen.

I'm afraid I can't do much but tell you that - you'll need to drop Storm8 Support (support@storm8.com) a line for that.

If they have a bank holiday (do they in the US? I'm in the UK) then it might be delayed.

Even if the gems are no longer available as currency, Support should give the items that were supposedly bought back - and maybe even refund, if she's lucky.

if she didnt buy something accidently then yeah she will get her gems back....how many gems did you have? or else they will be able to tell her what she bought

i have heard of 2 so far..... but its was they dissapeared without accidently buying something

I wasn't rewarded a gem for mastering lvl2 of a recipe. I emailed TL, they said they'll look into it and that was it. No gem for me :\
Email TL Support, but don't get your hopes up.
