Words on top of levels?..saga continues.

I have been having an issue with my Restaurant and Bakery. There are words on top of what my next levels as to where I would earn a new cooking surface. I have even completed 4 levels in the Restaurant since those words have been masking my level and a new cooking surface has still not opened up.

It was suggested to me that I should take the game off of my device and put it back. Is it 100% guaranteed that everything is going to load back on.

Your thoughts?

Yes it's a guarantee you game is saved on tl servers

Your game will be the same. Everything is stored on Team Lava servers. It's perfectly safe.

People post wanting to reset their game and start fresh and it can't be done. So even if you wanted to lose everything and start over again you can't do it. So don't worry.

So I have deleted and re-installed my rs and bs on my iPad. There are still words masking the next level onto which I would earn another cooking service. I'm really worn out now. Any suggestions?

What words are they? Can you post a screenshot? I am also am going to merge your two threads on this topic together .

There has been issues with this lately does it automatically go to the next appliance level WITHOUT opening the next slot uninstall and reinstall usually works or force close but if it doesn't work email support@teamlava.com and keep this three open

I've been trying to take screen shoot. I have an iPad 2. When I try the trick to take a picture it doesn't work for your software. I will take a picture of it with my cell phone and reply again shortly.

I turned the flash off so the picture is a little dark but you should still be able to see how words are blocking out when I will earn another cooking appliance. Since this has been occuring, I haven't earned a new appliance at all.

That is the same on my device. What level are you on? When I reached the level to upgrade a new appliance, I had to force close before it would let me have it.

Someone or myself could probably tell you what level is next.

Di you have 18 appliances already if so your maxed out you can buy more for gems

I have 31 appliances on restaurant story because I bought extra for gems so I can't see this glitch for myself though I have one more to unlock on bakery so well see how this works

do you have 18 appliances in rs and bs? if so then thats the max and if you want more you need 24 gems

Sweetstuff525, I think you have just solved my problem! I am maxed out! Duh. I wish I would have known that. You are absolutely correct. I have 18 in both. So now I need to keep earning those gems or start buying them. Now if I can just get some gem sales....lol.
