Unable to decline food/parts are now back??!?!

I noticed that these few days if we decline gifts, it will still counted as our daily gift quota.

TL please fix this and bring us back this feature!!!

Its been reported. It happens on Android and iOS. I have the problem too on my 3 games, for the past week give or take a day. Now I accept the first 20 gifts I get, and hope I don't get any bunny ears or shamrocks.
