The Official 24 Hour Clock?

How does the rolling 24 hour clock work on this game? For instance: you can only receive so many gifts within the same day. But does this 24 hour time reset at the same moment for everyone? And if it does, at what time does it reset and in which time zone?

Yes it resets at the same time for everyone. It resets at 3am EST.

The clock resets at 12:00 am PDT (GMT-7) right now, or 12:00 am PST (GMT-8) when not on daylight savings time.

When the time resets, you can send gifts to any of your neighbors, you can start receiving your 20 gifts, you can send material requests to any of your neighbors, and you can start receiving your 20 parts from material requests.

Ouch. Thats 1 am here. Sooooo eeeaaarrrrllllly. No wonder most the gifts I try and send out when I wake up say undeliverable. Everyones already filled up.

It's 12 am to me. Normal waking hours to me so I'm not complaining. I send gifts starting at 12:00 am for all 3 of my games so they almost always go through. Yesterday I sent gifts in one of my games at 12:10 am and a neighbor was maxed out. That's crazy. If I send after 12:30 am there's another neighbor that's usually maxed out.

As Nmishii stated, it resets at midnight in TL's timeszone. And just as with gifting, it also resets for the ability to water as well.

Its 2 am for me. I either stay up late or set my alarm for 4:30 am, depends on what I have going that day and whether I took naps the day before. I can still gift most of my neighbors at 4:30 at least. If I wait until a reasonable time everyone is full.

It's 1:00 am for me. Usually past my bedtime. Sometimes I gift when I get up during the night.

It's 3am for me. I now just wake up at that time without alarm...I'm gifting in my sleep! I have about seven or eight neighbours who will be maxed out by 3:15! so I send to them first. It's hard work been a virtual farmer!

Wow, i thought i was the only one this dedicated.

I always tip at 3:00am EST. I do this 6-7 days a week. The times that i dont stay up i wont wake up to tip. Ill just tip when i get up in the morning.

Well, the times i do wake up in the middle of the night ive been guilty of opening the game to do tipping.

I live in one of the southern most parts of Australia, reset time for me is 5pm.

It's 10 am for me, Eastern Europe. I had to change my sleeping habits in order to gift all my neighbors (I used to sleep until 11am). I'm not complaining though. It's much better than having to wake up during the night.

I'm kind of lucky, even though my time is 3a reset, I can gift almost all my neighbors if I get to them before 7a. The only exception is Bakery, for some reason I almost never can gift more than 25 of them, the other 35 or so are always full. Farm I have 2-3 that are always full, even when I've tried to gift them right at reset (a day I couldn't sleep), so I just figure they'll have to do with just watering from me. :p

I suggest you to accept only neighbors from your timezone or from a time zone that goes better with your time zone. Ask people where they live. I'm in Europe, it is 9am for me! :-))))

It's 5.00pm in Australia. Which is a great time I think I feel sorry for everyone else that Is getting up in the middle of the night to make requests.
