This is off topic, but I must respond to this for fear of some poor newbie buying dozens of counters.

Don't go nuts on the counters, actually keep them to a minimum. Save that space for extra tables for tips now. The system will tell you if you need another counter.
The trick is to cook the same thing on all your appliances. First cook a lot of food which has high quantity, stock your counters and then you'll be able to cook lower quantity food while your customers eat and stay happy.
Note: if you run out of food, it isn't the end of the world. Your rating goes down, and the customers slow down, but that's it. Once foods on the counter again, your rating goes back up in a matter of minutes.
