I was abit late in getting my purchase products n it was too late to recover. I'm suppose to pay 16 gems if I want to recover. So I agree but everytime I click ok, it keep on appearing that I don't have enough gems. In fact I have more then enough gems to use to recover. what should I do. Pls help me ASAP
