View Full Version : Help! Clothing Items Not Loading!

I started having this really annoying problem a couple of days ago where the vast majority of my clothing items won't show up each and every time I enter the game. On each rack I have one of those little symbols that indicates the picture is loading. Some of them finally load, but some don't. How do I fix this? It's annoying to not be able to see what clothing items I currently have on the racks. Even when I click my catalog, most of THOSE items don't show up, either.

Try restarting your device or uninstalling and reinstalling the game.

What device do you play on? Are you playing on wifi or cellular?

I play on my Android phone (HTC EVO 4G). Sorry for late response... I got really busy.

Uninstalling/reinstalling didn't help. Any other thoughts before I get disgusted and delete this game forever, never to spend another dime on gems? Please??

Try clearing your cache and moving your game to your SD card. Do you have the most current version for your device?

If playing on wifi can you switch to cellular ?

The last time I cleared my cache, it temporarily caused this same problem, actually. It was about a month ago that I did that. I'm playing on my cell phone. Game is already on my SD card. I emailed support, and they said they're forwarding it to the engineering department, but that the engineering department won't be able to respond to my email. So I have no idea how I'm supposed to get an answer from them if they ever find one. :(
