I leveled up to level 16 last night. When I did, all the goals that I had previously completed came back. Some of them I was able to complete again, others (like placing the toy block room) I could not.
After a short time, the game wouldn't let me look at the goal screens anymore. If I selected a goal from them list, the window would flip over to the goal, and then immediately flip over to the list again.
I force closed and restarted my device, and all the goals I had previously finished were gone.
So I'm not having a problem with this anymore, but I thought I'd post a bug report anyway.
