Help, nbr of mine can't name her hotel

I have a neighbor on Bakery who just downloaded Pet Hotel. She's having problems getting it to accept the name she wants to use. I am pasting a picture of the name she wants as I don't have her fancy lettering. Any suggestions why it won't accept would be appreciated.

I have mentioned for her to try again but not to leave space between the end of the word sun and the tree. Though I don't know if that is it.

I noticed i had to start with normal english words followed by japanese i.e.
森田♡モモペットホテル is not acceptable
Morita♡モモペットホテル worked.

Perhaps she needs to start with normal english?

You can't have a special character as the first letter of the name

She needs to change that special S to a standard S and she'll be OK
