How Can I move my door ??

Hi everybody, I'm french, so excuse for my english.
I would like to move the door of my bakery because I've seen that my neighbours have moved their door
They've explained to me that I have to store my door and put it on another location after.
But when I want to store it, it says :"the door can't be stored" !!! :(
And it's the same thing for some other neighbours.
So why some people can move the door and not the other one ?
How can I do it ?

You have to have two doors to do this. You can buy another for 10 gems.

If you buy two doors, you can store one of them and then place it somewhere else :)
