I cant buy gems!

When I click on the gems icon all I get is a blank screen and no option to buy any gems. This happens all the time (and I try about 20 times a day), however occasionally (maybe once a month) I do get an option coming up to buy the gems, so it isnt the settings on my phone! I am using an iphone4 - is anyone else having the same issue or does anyone else know how to correct it?

You can try deleting the game and redownloading it . also clear out your cookies data and history from your safari settings.
