Game Problem

Hey guys,
i recently downloaded pet story, and am not the far into it but now it wont open or load, i wouldnt be pissed if i hadnt just spent money on buying gems. just wondering if anyone else is having this problem and what to do about it i tried opening the app support but it says the server cannot be found. Any ideas?

Try deleting the game and redownload it from the app store.

Same thing happened to me after the last update on pet and rest story...deleting and re downloading does do the trick.

If i delete it though wont everthing be lost ? like my gems and stuff ?

No. Nothing will be lost. Your progress is saved on TL's servers.
