Problem with game loading

Is anyone else experiencing problems with the game loading? I have been trying to get into get a new baby and crossbreed and it is stuck on the main screen w/ the little timer thing going round and round. My Internet is fine - anyone else having issues? I don't want to lose my babies. Thanks

Try deleting and reinstalling it :)
