Goals - how did you get tem?

I see some people have goals I haven't gotten any. How did you get them. Did you update and if so did you have any problems? I see a lot of people have updated and then are not able to get into the game.

The newest goals were released for Bakery Story. I believe the update was needed to go with the weekly update.

If you do the app store update for any of the games then can't get in, deleting and reinstalling them seems to clear it up.

Bakery and restaurant are similar, why no goals for restaurant?
Possible to have for RS?
