No Name Neighbors

whats up with the no name neighbors i never asked them to be my neighbor how do i get rid of them i cant ask any new neighbors

all the no name neighbots are 0 or 1 star players all but one are a star rating of 0 i noname is a star rating of 1 so how do i fix the bug did a search but found nothing

There was a thread on here about this before. This is happening in all the stories i think. The CMs were made aware of it, not sure what is being done about it.
