Level 37 unlock new appliance blocked

I just hit level 37 where it said I could have another appliance, but it is closed and says your next appliance is at level 41.

I didn't get the appliance for my level 37.

All fixed now, uninstalled, reinstalled etc etc, I have my next appliance, sorry for bothering you
