Never got my prize

Hi I finished a Valentines Day goal but I never got my molten lava cake recipe! Why did this happen? I also was told by Teamlavas advertisement said I could not swap recipes even though I can not do that, why?? This was on my bakery Story app but I just want that molten lava cake recipe please. Can you do something about that because I spent so much money for gems from itune point cards and took a lot of time to finish it. Also what are these free gems contests and how do I get into that area of Teamlava's biggest fan. It would mean a lot thanks.

You can email support@teamlava.com Give them you ID, in game name, and what you said here. They'll be able to look at you game and see if you completed all the goals involved.
