Where are the goals?

I seriously don't understand why the goals are suddenly gone yet the unattainable food is still in the recipe books. It really *** me off that the unattainable foods are basically rubbed in my face. I really do not have very much interest and patience in a game where goals disappear and all my goals go unaccomplished.

The recipes can still be seen to allow players that unlocked them before the seasonal goals were removed, to continue to cook and master them for their game.
