View Full Version : Can TL answer my Emails?

Yesterday I requested from TL to transfer my old game to my new devise. TL requested some information and emailed me to confirm that my game has been updated. However I am still stuck whith my new game. I have been sending emails to TL to let them know that my game has not yet been updated but no answer. Can someone tell me if there is any problem with TL's computer system? This is making me quite miserable as I want my old game back. I spent a lot of money on my old game to start a new game.

Thanks for the reply. I did create a new storm ID, sent all the necessary details to TL. They even said that they have updated my old game to my new device but I am still with the new game. I sent numerous emails letting them know that my game has not been updated but there is no answer.

It may take them a little time to answer you back. Try restarting your device or delete the game and redownload it from the app store.

It didn't work, oh well I guess I just have to wait until TL replies. Thanks for the help.

I just had to have my games transfered. It took 3 or 4 days before it was completely done. I also had to reinstall Fashion Story and reboot my ipad for me to see the fix.
