Is it possible to skip an expansion and buy a better one? (Example: Can I skip buying a 3m expansion and buy the 4m right away?)

No you can't. You have to go in size order. I hope this helps:).

No you can't. I've tried that. You have to spend 7m+ if you want that expansion since you have to go in order :)
