All of a sudden my coins disappear now it's saying in have minus money did this happen to anyone else! It sucks

Try exiting out of your game (or force closing). then come back in and see if your coins go positive again.
If not what device do you play on?
What is the version of the game?(check menu-help little number at the bottom)

I deleted nd reloaded now I have no coins do I get them bck or I have to start fresh

You will not get the coins back. sorry
Looks like you are playing the regular pet story game. This game has not had an manual update that has current bug fixes in it.
I would advise you downloading the pet valentine game from the app store and play that one until there is a update to the regular game.
