An American dream ended today. This afternoon, D i c k Clark passed away at age 82.

D i c k was an American legend, known as "The oldest teenager in the world". My condolences the this great man and his family.

D i c k Clark, Rest in Peace.

He was only 82? I thought he was older. Well gee. Now who's going to do the New Years thing in Times Square? :(

When I was told about it today, my first reaction about his age was - "shouldn't there be another number in front of that?".

R.I.P. DC - you won't be forgotten anytime soon! New Years Eve won't be the same :(

I feel sorry for him...is it ok to post his name:/ I still won't...I've never heard of him...but I hate it when people pass away:(

He loved like he was 30 for the last fifty years.

To the older players...I'm not "that"old but I remember being at church one night and mentioning Captian Kangaroo and this kid looks at me and says... Captian WHO???? lol
