Spent LOTS of money on Gems - Bakery Story crashes every open

Our 10 year old spent all his birthday money on gems for Bakery Story. The game crashes every time he opens it now with a 'Force Close'. He is running Kindle and had the updates turned on. We've been trying to troubleshoot it, he can hurry and visit friends bakeries, but staying in his is when it crashes. When our daughter visits his store, hers crashes too. Something must be corrupted in his store.

Uninstall the game and reinstall it. His game is saved on team lavas servers.

We uninstalled and reinstalled 5+ times. Not working. I'll try emailing support. Thanks!
