Losing XP, Items, and Gems

Game: Bakery Story (most recent version, wouldn't say what version it was in help screen)
StormID: {}slinger

I had completed a task and lost a gem. I used my last 5 gems to cook something that made me ding level 19, so I bought a deep fryer. I then requested help from my friends and when it was done, I was back to level 18 and my fryer was gone, but none of the coins had been returned to me.

Also, please give me the option to change my stormID. I didn't realize that your game had such heavy language filters everywhere.

You will need to email support@teamlava.com . They will be able to changed your storm ID.


sounds like your were not synced with the servers . Are you on wifi ?
Make sure your droid has the most current version.
Try exiting the game.
Also move your game to your SD card .
