wall colors

i cant get the wall color to change in the corner on the back wall opposite the door. when i tap the floor it only applies the color to the wall where the door is. I see other people with this panel colored. What am i doing wrong?

All you have to do is place it in the corner then wiggle it to the right so it can place it on the other side and there it is, hope it makes sense to you
