Tip - Problem

I have a problem when I tip my neighbors. Before I go to sleep at night I had a star-rating at 4. When I get up the day after the starrating is 3. When I tip my neighbors (or others), nothing happens with the rating, I have to tip the same person two times every time.
Is it someone else who had the same problem??

Well it is normal for your rating to drop from 4 stars to 3 fast to allow other players to be on the top also when they achieve the 4 star rating, as for getting it back up to 4, it sometimes requires you to tip more people depending on how long you been away or how long it has been since you last tipped someone maybe thats the problem your having?
