I've avoided spending gems accidentally for over a year but I got caught in one the other day and I'm mad. Since last week's update the design tab for boxes pops up automatically when I open the game, this is usually just an annoyance, but when I was struggling with the "oh darn" message and trying to get a signal I was forced to keep tapping the screen to try again, but when I finally got on I managed to buy a stupid box item that I despise and spent almost all my gems! I never spend gems there as I don't really care for most of the choices and I just had to come here to rant as I know from experience that TL will never refund my gems....has anyone EVER been refunded gems? :mad:
