Suggestions?

I've been trying to think of a theme for my restaurant and I think I've settled on a basic Bar/Grill thing but I'm not quite sure what to use for the walls and floor. I don't wanna waste a bunch of cash trying to figure out what would work lol
So if anyone here could help me out that'd be great.
I'm new to the forums too so if this is supposed to be in another section just let me know and I'll get it moved.

The walls and floor are the most important thing, makes the whole look.

Not a lot to pick from using coins, lots of browns.

I try to make something of the floor first, like a tartan pattern, or tiles of four by four squares.

I use gems to decorate because I like the prettier colors.

The dark maroon wall is nice, but mix it with something else.
