Best items to serve

Hi all does anyone know what the best items to serve on RS are
I am looking for the ones with the highest xp when the customers eat

Apple pies and roast chicken give you 8 XPs when eaten, but takes 2 days to make. Other foods with less XPs when eaten might earn you more money overall for the time spent to make the food and plates per recipe.

It also depends on what level your'e on since usually the more profitable food with more XP are unlocked in higher levels :)
