My rating is down to a 10. People can't get into bakery. I have restarted device and deleted and reinstalled both BS and BS Valentine. Doesnt help. Is there a problem?

There's probably something blocking the path. Make sure there are no decorations blocking the cash register or path to tables and chairs.
