Currently uzbekistan is not the best place to be
1. Child labor in the large cotton industry
2. Conflicts with Kygryzstan
3. Extreme poverty
4. This is in tajikstan but the government spends money on mosques while there is so much poverty
5. Hunger
This list could go on and more than half would be bad but i probably have a character limit :P
