Missing Gems Help

I logged on to Fashion Story a half hour ago and suddenly 16 of my Gems are missing. They were there before I logged off. Where did they go? Can somebody help me get them back? I worked hard to save them up and I don't want them taken from me.

Try force closing or exiting your game. If they do not show up, send an email to support@teamlava.com and they can look into you game.
Remember it can take 3-5 business days for them to get to your request.
