Have not received latest update

All my neighbors and friends have received the new Easter update but I have not. Is anyone else having this problem and do you know why?

The updates roll out, you'll either receive it on Thursday, or the following Tuesday. Level, device, OS, etc have nothing to do with it. It can happen with one game, and not another. http://forums.teamlava.com/announcement.php?f=68 (http://forums.teamlava.com/announcement.php?f=68)

I have an iPhone 4 and sadly got all the Easter updates on BS but the Candy Hatchery stove. I deleted and reinstall the app various times and still no stove. So sadly I have a whole bunch of painted eggs and bunny ears I can't use:(
