the water theme seems great to me! Not much grows on a sandy beach except sand fleas and jellyfish. Thought about throwing out some snow in the corner of a "water theme farm" and calling it sand. Gotta have dirt for my garden though. (ツ)

I like it. Could have boats, swimming pools, beach items like shovels, pails, cottage etc.
