20 gems vanished!!

well, this morning i had 33 gems and now, when i reopened the game...just 13!!
how is that possible??

The things you could have accidentally touched that would have automatically taken out the diamonds are
2x 10,000 coins
1 Fertilize entire crop
Maybe an early enhancement ( I don't have that showing anymore)

Happens to a lot of people and it is no accident there is no "are you sure" question before you lose your diamonds. I have a handicapped member of this house who has done this twice and has felt so rotten afterwords, we almost deleted the game. He no longer goes near the enhancement section. It peeves me every time because it is a constant reminder to him that he has something wrong, just so diamonds can easily be lost for company $$$$$. I keep telling him that regular folks are losing them too the same way. It doesn't make him feel any better though.
