Transferring?

Is this possible?

I have an iPod 2g and played on Bakery Story until I reached level 75.
I then got an iPod 4g and I'm on level 41.
Is it still possible to transfer my old Bakery onto my new 4g eventhough I'm on level 41 on my iPod 4g?
