Sorry there is no way to restart :(
And yay that you were able to make a thread :)
I have felt like this before wanting to start over but if you make good friends and keep trying then you can get better at the game( i know from experience with Bakery story)

You can't restart, but you can transfer the game you have now to another device and than begin a new one on your current device.

You would need another device - like a friend or family member that doesn't play these games.
