You can email support@teamlava.com and give them your Storm ID and if you have any screenshots of inappropriate comments you can attach them.

Katty is correct,, there is currently no blocking feature available. If you are having issues with another player in the game, the forum cannot help, you will need to email support with your Storm ID, game and game name.

Also provide them the storm ID of the offender along with their game name.
If you can email them screenshots of the inappropriate behavior, this can speed up the investigation.
