I usually get it from cooking (putting something on or serving it). But it's the one you get far less than any of the others in the group (all the collectible groups have a "rare" item that you don't get often).

Thanks. Found another thread about Collectibles. The link provided shows what items I'll result in a collectible in each category, but did say its random.

I just got the jacket cooking about 10 recipes of Curry at the same time. I've gotten it before doing the same thing with brownies. GL.
