I had to get a new device so that started all my games over is there anything I can do to recover my old id and game level I started over but I don't want to lose all my other games what I worked hard on I hope someone can help me.:

You can email support@teamlava.com Give them your old devices game ID, in game name, and let them know you want to transfer. They will take you step by step through it.
