Force close at opening

RS has a pop up right after I click to play saying it has stopped working and the only option is to force close. I have restarted devive and reinstalled. Didnt work :( Im on kindle fire

Same thing has been happening to me all morning. I have food that will probably spoil if this isn't fixed :-(

I was having the same issue. Re-installed the game,now its telling me I have no connection,though I'm on wifi. On android,btw. Please Fix!!!!

I think it's due to the "null" gift I can see in iOS RS Valentines version. I've passed that info on to the CMs, and hopefully it can be fixed.

Deleting and reinstalling the game clears up the gift problem :)

I've done that numerous of times already =/
It's not the gift that's force closing me.
Right after I open the game, it says it has stopped working and has to force close.

i just checked my RS on kindle fire and my is working okay. Make sure your version is 1.3.5. Try clearing your cache

Okay, I think I know what's going on. When you open the game and you see the pop-up, let it load and then close it. The issue you're experiencing is that you're tapping or attempting to close the pop-up before it fully loads, and the tap may have registered an action to load a different page (purchase screen), which will crash the game since it hasn't fully loaded yet. So wait for the pop-up to load and then close it .... or you can let the pop-up just still there and the game will actually remove it automatically after 15-30 secs or so.
