Gifts are all gone and new ones won't show up!

I had tons of spare parts waiting to be used and now they are gone. I can accept new gifts but when I go to use them they're not there! What's going on?

If you are on android you will not see the spare parts under my gifts. You will need to buy the appliance or decoration to be built and click on it to see how many items you need to build it.
You can email support@teamlava.com and they can tell you how many of each part you do have.
