Which version?

Okay I usually don't get confused with which version to use. But when I opened my bakery today, I got a message that the v-day's version was no longer supported and I should download the regular version. Ok so I click install and it brings me to the app store. But it says it hasn't been updated since December 13, 2011. So which version should I use?
