I just lost 5 gems. I didn't speed up an order nor did I retrieve an expired order. They just disappeared. I work really hard for my gems and I'd like them back please. Thank you.

You can email support@teamlava.com and ask where your gems went. Sorry they don't refund accidental tapping.
