Change of restaurant name

I'm trying to change the name of my restaurant and I keep getting the 4-15 characters notification..

The new name is less than 15 characters so why isn't it accepting Hανε💜?αįԵᏂ???

Hm looks like there are letters which are Not allowed.. I tried to use "?" and you can See .. It does not work
