Will new people get old recipes?

I am fairly new to Bakery Stroy. There are recipes I don't get, like molten lava cake, that I guess were from goals that don't exist now. Does anyone know if I will ever have the ability to get those recipes? Also, what about old seasonal food, like the candy corn drink, will those come back around? Thanks.

Im not sure maybe molten lava cake will come back as a goal and maybe this halloween they will bring back all old items permanently but those are my wishes :p

We're not sure but us new people hope so! I really want candy cane cake next Xmas I love that one!
