Can't buy gems!!!!~

I hav iOS 5.1 the faq page says 1.4 3
I haven't been able to buy gems for months!!!!! When I click on the menu it is blank. The menu to buy coins is not. Why?! I emailed team lava twice and got the same automated response. I've deleted and re downloaded the app, turned off and restarted my phone..NOTHIN CHANGED!~

This thread has several possible fixes for the blank gem screen. The first pages mostly talk about doing a restore, but there are a few different posts about fixes that don't involve a restore towards the end.

Thanks. I did what it said and I got the gem menu back but after I bought them the menu disappeared again and the gems didn't appear in my store. I better not get ripped off again. Why is this so difficult?!~

Sometimes it take a little bit for the gems to show up. Try force closing your game. If they are still not there you can email support@teamlava.com with a copy of your receipt.
