I've seen references to a Master Chef level, but I'm not sure I understand when one arrives at that level and/or how it differs from Executive Chef. I have several questions.
1) Are these the correct cp equations? 1 cp = "Flunky Extraordinaire", 2 cp = Apprentice, 3 cp = Line, 4 cp = Sous, 5 cp = Exec.
2) Does one actually get 5 cp for being at the Exec Chef level and, if not, is there a benefit to be gained from continuing to cook that item after having achieved the Exec Chef level? Please explain if there is.
3) Is there a Master Chef level above Executive Chef? If so, how does one know when it's achieved and what are the rewards?
