Dolphin missing

Has anyone ever got the habitat but not the animal ??????
Well I have when I deleted the game and reinstall it all the animals reloaded except my 2 dolphins
If you have or had the same tell me how to fix it on posting it here

Happens to me all the time in Pet Shop Story but not in Zoo Story. I just downloaded it on Android, maybe that's why it's still glitchy?
