I don't get it either. If you don't want tips on the purple tables then don't put the purple tables out there.
Most people tip first, and read the wall second. So they aren't going to know until it's too late. But I'm glad to get any tips, don't care what table they put it on.

Um ok? I'm just gonna say I'm thankful you aren't my neighbor. A tip is a tip no matter where it's placed.
I'm also hoping that you're joking. I can't imagine why anyone would declare any tables off limits.

Unless you can persuade TeamLava to make some purple tables as a decoration, they will get tipped if there is no room left to tip.
However, if you have enough room in your Bakery, you can write: Please do not tip. with your purple tables. But that might be a waste of room.

Rather, you should leave the tips on the purple tables, then no one can tip them ever again!
But yeah people tip first then read the wall so sometimes it can't be helped. It is not like Empire Story where you can write DON'T CLEAN in red flowers over the marketplaces where it is easily visible, but then some {} goes and cleans them anyways, EVERYDAY. I've since quit ES.

Yup, had the same issue in City story. Part of why I quit that one too. Putting the marketplaces and manufacturing plants down in the lowest corner didn't help either. Some people just insist on finding them even if the entire rest of the town was available to them. Don't know why TL made them so they could be cleaned in the first place.
Ok, now I sound OCD again. :p But at least I just quit those games rather than allowing them to drive me bonkers.
But it's not quite the same in Bakery. It's not like people can tip the ovens and you have to wait for the food to finish before you can collect the tips. (Don't get any ideas TL). These are simply a certain color table that can be collected right away. And lets face it people tend to put a tip on the table they find pretty. So if you don't want people to tip your purple tables then maybe you need to put other pretty tables out for them to tip instead.

WOW! Now that is just crazy! When someone comes to ur bakery they go ooh I like the purple tables, I'll tip them! Then u come out like a mall cop and go NO NO TIPPING ON THE PURPLE TABLES!!!! And then tazer them drag them out and delete them!

LOL Love the story. I agree, people tip the tables they find pretty. I know I do. In RS I have a set of 6 oriental glass tables. They always get tipped first. People find them pretty. I don't mind at all. I like them too.

oh and one of my nbrs saw this thread and realized i was joking and tipped the purple tables then posted on my wall that they tipped only purple with lots of laughs which of course made me laugh :D

The funny thing is the purple tables are there just for tips I do not even
let the customers go over there so they never get used for anything other then tips. Also my nbrs probably
have noticed that every day there are more and more purple tables and less other tables as i am gonna make
them all purple. when they are all purple I should but on my wall

To those with doubt, Groovy really was just trying to have fun and poke a little fun at the "Crazy Tippers" thread. Groovy is one of the few good neighbors I can count on to tip and gift.

the list and call it a day so if you are letter A to M you get tipped everyday and N to Z most of the time lol
